两个云南地方粳稻品种抗稻瘟病基因分析

摘要: 借用清泽的一套已知基因鉴别品种和日本的4个菌系和普感品种丽江新团黑谷、北方稻区推广品种中花9号及其致病性菌系Zh2-l,对云南地方糯稻品种勐旺谷-1和大白糯进行抗病基因分析。通过基因的等位性测定及被测品种与鉴别品种对菌系Zh2-1反应的比较,又根据抗病基因的复等位性,推断勐旺谷-l具有两对未知基因, 一对可能是Pi-ta位点上新的复等位基因。大白糯的两对基因属新位点的未知基因。

Abstract: Gene analysis of two japonica rice varieties from Yunnan Province was carried out for their blast resistance by using differential varieties established by Kiyosawa and Chinese varieties Zhonghua 9 and Lijiang and 4 Japanese differential strains, and one Chinese strain was also used in this study. The results showed that the two varieties have two resistance genes respectively. These genes showed resistant reaction to Chinese strain Zh 2-1. Allelism test of the two Yunnan varieties indicated that one of the two genes in Mengwanggu-1 may be a new multiple allele at Pi-ta locus, another is an unknown gene. The two genes in Dabainuo are unknown genes at new loci.
