水稻株高基因eui的初步分子定位

The RFLP of Tagging of eui gene in Rice

摘要: 采用近等基因系,应用RFLP方法将eui基因定位于第5连锁群下端,找到了与此连锁的分子标记RG435、RG493。

Abstract: A pair of near isogenic lines, 307T with eui gene, Zhenshan 97 with sdl gene, and its F1 population were used to RFLP mapping of eui gene. Sixty three RFLP probes on chromosome 5 were screened, two markers, RG435 and RG493 were found to be linked with eui gene, genetic distance between eui and RFLP markers were calculated.
