烯效唑对稻苗的生理影响

摘要: 就烯效唑浸种对稻苗的生理效应进行了研究,烯效唑浸种可提高稳苗光合效率,在浸种浓度1~10 mg/kg范围内,烯效唑浸种提高稻苗呼吸强度,浸种浓度高于10 mg/kg,则减弱稻苗呼吸强度。外源生长素。赤霉素与烯效唑控制稻苗生长的作用有拮抗效应,外源生长素(吲哚乙酸)高浓度(100 mg/kg)抑制稻生长,它与烯效唑控长作用有加合效应,效唑浸种减弱水稻种子发芽势,此与 烯效唑浸种降低种子α-淀粉酶活性有关。烯效唑浸种使稻苗矮壮的生物学基础是使得稻苗的细胞变小,组织的细胞层数增加。

Abstract: The physiological effects of S-07 on rice seedling was presented in this paper. As rice seed were soaked in S-07 solution at 1-10 mg/kg, the photosynthetic rate of rice seedling were promoted, and respiratory rate of rice seedling were increased. At high concentration (100-1000 mg/kg), respiratory rate of rice seedling were inhibited. The antagonism on the growth of rice seedling between S-07 and exogenous IAA orGA3 was observed, and the additive effect existed between the inhibiting effect of S-07 and the effect of controlling growth on rice seedling under high concentration of exogenous IAA (100 mg/kg). The germinating potential of rice seed was reduced by soaking rice seed in S-07 solution. The results of anatomical observation of leaf sheath has shown that the cell size of the leaf sheath treated by S-07 was smaller than that of the control, and number of cell layers in leaf sheath was increased.
