乙烯利和光强对水稻节间生长的协合效应

摘要: 喷乙烯利或遮光处理后,水稻拔节期分别比对照提早19天和10天;喷乙烯利并加遮光的处理,拔节期比对照提早天数增加到23天。单喷乙烯利和单遮光的处理,其第一伸长节间长度和对照的对应节间相近,但喷乙烯利并加遮光的处理,其第一伸长节间长为10.0厘米.显著长于对照相应节间(2.3厘米)。因此,乙烯利与光强对水稻节间的伸长有显著的协合效应(synergistic effect).

Abstract: Ethylene and light have significant interaction on the elongation of rice internodes. The date of the beginning of elongation of the first basal internode of rice was 19 and 10 days earlier than control plants respectively if treated with ethrel or shaded with four layers of cheese cloth(light intensity equal to 7% of natural daylight), and 23 days earlier than control plants if treated both with ethrel and shading(Table 2). Furthermore, ethrel or shading,if treated separately, had little effect on the length of the first basal elongated internode, but if treated simultaneously, the length of the first basal elongated internode was 10 cm. Which was significantly longer than that of control-2.3cm (Table 3). Hence, ethylene and light intensity have synergistic effect on the elongation of rice internode.
