The Regulation of JA-Me on the Translocation of Assimilates of Hybrid Rice

茉莉酸甲酯对杂交水稻同化物运输的调节

Abstract: The effects of 10-30 mg·kg-1 Jasmoic acid-methyl ester (JA-Me) on the uptake of 32P and 15N, translocation of assimilates, net photosynthetic rate and grain yield of hybrid rice D-you 63 were studied. The experimental results showed that the uptake of 32P and 15N of hybrid rice D-you 63 were promoted by JA-Me. JA-Me increased net photosynthetic rate of flag leaf and translocation of assimilates from flag leaf to panicle. JA-Me also increased the hybrid rice grain yield by 8.6 percent as compared with control. These suggested that low concentration JA-Me was a promoter for assimilation.

摘要: 在杂交水稻拔节期及灌浆初期施用不同旅度(10~30mg/kg )JA—Me溶液,结果表明 JA—Me能促进杂交水稻对 P和 N的吸收;加速剑叶中同化物向穗部运输;同时提高剑叶的光合速率以及提高谷粒产量等。
