Frequency of Gene Flow from HerbicideResistant Transgenic Rice to Conventional Rice Varieties

抗除草剂转基因水稻基因漂移至常规栽培稻的频率研究初报

Abstract: To observe the frequency of gene flow, a japonica rice 991 that contains the bar gene conferring Basta resistance was used as the pollen donor, and four conventional rice varieties as recipients were planted around it. The results showed that the frequency of transgene flow was 0.0193%-0.3960% at 0-2 m zone, but the frequencies were significantly different in different rice varieties.

摘要:

以抗除草剂草铵膦转基因bar水稻991作为花粉供体,四周种植常规栽培稻为花粉受体,观察抗性基因漂移频率。在距离转基因水稻2 m以内,基因漂移频率为0.0193%~0.3960%,均在1%以下,但转bar基因抗除草剂水稻基因漂移至不同品种上的频率存在明显差异。
