摘要: 以转基因水稻为材料,对AFLP指纹银染技术及实验操作中的关键技巧做了比较详尽的叙述,取得了比较理想的实验结果。

Abstract: Using transgenic rice as materials, the technique of AFLP silver-staining protocol and some skills were specified, and excellent results were obtained.
