超级杂交稻分子育种研究

Abstract: The application of molecular marker assisted selection (MAS) for the variety development in rice was reviewed, with emphasis on progress made in the development of super rice hybrids in China, and on work conducted by the authors, including the identification and application of subspecies differentiating DNA markers, mapping of quantitative trait loci, and MAS for disease resistance restorer lines and new hybrid rice combinations.

摘要: 结合作者开展的研究工作,特别是近年来在水稻籼粳特异性DNA标记筛选与应用、数量性状基因定位和分子标记辅助抗病育种等研究上取得的研究进展,综述了水稻分子标记辅助选择在超级杂交稻育种中的应用情况及其取得的重要成果。
