水稻分子设计育种研究进展

Abstract: To date, crop breeding has gone through four main stages: domestication breeding, conventional breeding, molecular breeding, and breeding by molecular design. In recent years, with the cloning of important functional genes in rice and the development of gene editing technologies, breeding by molecular design has shown its advantages. This manuscript reviews the progress of breeding technologies and breeding by molecular design in rice, summarizes its theoretical basis and achievements, discusses some issues and makes prospects, aiming to provide an outlook for rice breeding and molecular design breeding in other crops in the future.

摘要: 至今,作物育种领域经历了四个阶段:驯化育种、常规育种、分子育种和分子设计育种。随着近年来水稻重要功能基因的克隆以及基因编辑等技术的发展,水稻分子设计育种显现优势。本文回顾了水稻育种技术的发展和水稻分子设计育种的进程,总结了其理论基础和取得的重大成果,并就目前存在的问题进行了讨论和展望,以期为未来水稻育种及其他作物的分子设计育种提供参考。
