非放射性ECL直接核酸标记及检测技术在水稻RFLP分析中的应用

Abstract: Non-radioactive ECL direct nucleic acid labelling and detection system was used for RFLP analysis inrice. The system involves directly labelling DNA or RNA probe with the enzyme horseradish peroxidase (HRP),and the detection of non-radioactive signal is based on chemiluminescence , that is the generation of light via enzyme(HRP)-catalyzed reactions. This is a simple, safe and quick method. The band patterns were clear and comparablewith those by 32P labelling.

摘要: 通过用非放射性ECL直接核酸标记及检测技术对水稻品种进行了RFLP分析,介绍了这种简单、安全、快捷的非放射性核酸标记技术。
