Effects of Proline and α-Ketoglutaric Acid on the Seed Setting Rate in Hybrid Rice

脯氨酸和α-酮戊二酸对杂交水稻结实率的影响

Abstract: Exogenuous proline and α-ketoglutaric acid sprayed on plants of hybrid rice Shanyou R3-2 duringmeiosis resulted in the effect of raising the activity of pollen, increasing the content of free proline and proteins ofanthers,reducing the rate of empty glume on the secondary rachis branches of panicles. A significant difference wasdiscovered in seed setting rate between the plants sprayed with 80 and 120 mg/kg water solutions of proline and α-ketoglutaric acid and the control.

摘要: 在杂交早稻汕优R-3-2减数分裂期施用外源脯氨酸和α-酮戊二酸,能提高稻穗的花粉活力,增加花药中游离脯氨酸和蛋白质含量,降低穗部二次枝梗空秕率。叶面喷施80和120 mg/kg两种浓度下的结实率与对照相比差异显著。
