Abstract: The fundamental methods of genetic studies on the varietal resistance to insect pests of rice are described, and the recent development of inheritance of varietal resistance to the brown planthopper (Nilaparvata lugens), white-backed planthopper (Sogatella furcifera), green leafhopper (Nephotettix virescens), gall midge (Orseolia oryza), zigzag leafhopper (Recilla dorsalis), striped stem borer (Chilo suppressalis) and yellow stem borer (Scirpophaga incertulas) in rice are summarized. The present problems and prospects of genetic studies were also discussed.

摘要: 阐述了水稻抗虫性遗传研究的基本方法,并综述了水稻品种对褐飞虱、白背飞虱、黑尾叶蝉、稻瘿蚊、电光叶蝉、二化螟和三化螟抗性遗传分析方面的研究进展。此外,还讨论了抗虫性遗传研究存在的问题和应用前景。
